SPECIFICATIONS
All of our furniture is factory constructed using customized Crypton fabric. It is the same or better quality that you will find at most of the larger furniture retailers. When you consider the extended life of furniture constructed with Crypton fabric it is truly cost effective. Add to this the fact that you can move this furniture to a residential home adds to the useful life of the product.

Frame
Exposed wood to be premium grade of kiln-dried hardwood free of visual or structural defects. Non-exposed parts to be sound grade of kiln-dried mixed hardwood of oak, ash and maple. All parts are fully machined to proper dimension with exposed parts being sanded to finishing standards for each finish application. All joints are doweled (double doweled when possible) and glued and fasten with heavy-duty frame staples to lock joint, screws and steel reinforcing brackets are used to give maximum strength at all crucial joints with corner blocks glued and screwed both ways where possible with a 5/16" lag bold through the leg.

Finish
All exposed parts are inspected for proper sanding for our eight-step finish application of high solids properly sanded between coats. Our finish has superior resistance to abrasives and chemicals commonly used in the industry. We color match to any wood grain from the casegoods manufacturer.

Springs
The seat to have 9 gauge and back 11 gauge sinuous wire torsioned spring system with side leverage control of steel tie wires. Springs are securely fastened to hardwood spring rail with sound insulated steel clips with synthetic spring cover secured to frame.

Foam
ll polyurethane foam meets California Technical Bulletin Code 117. Other code products are available such as California 133 and Boston Code. Please call our office for additional cost and information on these products.

Fabric
Crypton barrier proof fabric meet California Technical Bulletin Code 117 and in most cases California 1323 and Boston Code.
